Terms of service
Last updated October 7, 2026
These terms cover your use of EMS Class Hub at emsclasshub.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you sign up on behalf of a school, agency or other organization, you agree for that organization and confirm you're allowed to.
Your account
- Keep access to your email account secure, since that is how you sign in.
- Program admins decide who joins their program and are responsible for what their team does in it.
- Tell us right away at contact@emsclasshub.com if you think someone else got into your account.
Your data
Your program owns everything it puts into EMS Class Hub. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy policy. You can export your rosters at any time. You're responsible for having the right to enter the student information you add, and for not entering patient health information.
Acceptable use
Please don't:
- use the service for anything illegal, or to store information you have no right to hold;
- try to get into another program's data, or test, probe or overload our systems;
- resell the service or copy it to build a competing product.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules, and will tell you why when we can.
Plans and billing
- The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans are billed per program, monthly, per semester (every 6 months) or yearly, at the prices on our pricing page, plus any sales tax.
- Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial. If you don't add payment by the end of it, your program moves back to Free automatically.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the billing page; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't give refunds for partial periods.
- Invoices are due within 30 days. If a payment fails, we'll let you know, and if it isn't sorted out the program moves back to Free. Nothing is deleted.
- Add-ons are optional. We only charge for one if a program admin switches it on, and add-ons marked “coming soon” on the pricing page can't be bought until they're available.
- One-time services (guided setup and records import) are paid once, up front. We'll contact you within 2 business days to schedule. You can cancel for a full refund any time before the work starts, and if we haven't delivered within 30 days of purchase, you can ask for a full refund. Delays caused by us waiting on your files or availability don't count toward the 30 days.
- If we change prices, we'll email program admins at least 30 days ahead, and the new price starts at your next renewal after that.
Availability and changes
We work to keep EMS Class Hub running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will never be down or error-free. We may add, change or remove features over time. If we ever shut the service down, we'll give at least 60 days' notice so you can export your data.
Disclaimers and liability
EMS Class Hub is a record-keeping tool. It doesn't replace your program's own judgment about student competency, certification eligibility or accreditation requirements. The service is provided “as is” to the extent the law allows. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Ending your account
You can stop using EMS Class Hub at any time, and a program admin can ask us to delete the program's data by emailing contact@emsclasshub.com.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and email program admins before the change takes effect. Questions? Email contact@emsclasshub.com.
