EMS Class Hub

Student tracking for paramedic programs

A paramedic program runs for a year or more, with several instructors, overlapping cohorts and an accreditation visit to prepare for. EMS Class Hub gives the whole teaching team one roster and attendance record for every cohort, instead of a spreadsheet per instructor.

One place for every cohort

  • Run paramedic, AEMT, EMT and EMR cohorts side by side, each with its own dates and roster.
  • Invite every instructor on your team. Everyone sees the same students and the same attendance.
  • Archive a cohort when it graduates. Its records stay available.

Attendance you can defend

Mark each class session present, late, absent or excused from a phone. Every student's attendance rate shows on the roster, flagged when it drops under 80%, and the whole roster exports to CSV with each student's counts when you need to show your work.

Clinical and ride-along hours, logged by students

Students sign in to their own page to log hospital clinical and ambulance ride-along shifts, with site, preceptor and patient contacts. Instructors approve each shift, and everyone sees progress against the cohort's required hours. Students also see their attendance and upcoming due dates, and get an email reminder the day before an assignment is due. Skills sign-offs are next, and CoAEMSP-ready accreditation reports will be an optional add-on, included in Department, with its price already published.

Priced per program, not per student

The Program plan is $59 a month, $315 a semester or $590 a year, for unlimited instructors and students across up to5 active cohorts. Larger programs use Department at $149 a month. Both have a 14-day free trial with no card, and colleges can pay by invoice. See every price.
