EMS Class HubEMT class attendance tracking, from your phone
Most EMT programs set a minimum attendance a student must meet to finish the course and sit for the NREMT or state exam, and many instructors still track it on a paper sign-in sheet or a spreadsheet. EMS Class Hub keeps it in one place, so you can see who is falling behind before it's too late to catch up.
Take attendance in seconds
Add a class session, then mark each student present, late, absent or excused with one tap. On a normal night, tap "Mark everyone present" and change the one or two who aren't. It works on any phone browser, so there's nothing to install.
See who is at risk
Each student's attendance rate shows on the cohort roster, and anyone under 80% is flagged in red. You can spot a student slipping in week three, not when they're ineligible in week twelve.
Records your program director can use
- Export the roster to CSV with each student's present, late, absent and excused counts.
- Withdraw or reinstate students without losing their history.
- Keep each class separate: EMR, EMT, AEMT and paramedic cohorts each get their own roster.
What it costs
Free for one instructor running one class of up to 30 students. Programs with more instructors or classes pay one flat price with no per-student fees. See every price.
Common questions
- Do students need an account to be marked present?
- No. The instructor takes attendance. Students don't need to sign in or install anything.
- Can I mark a student late or excused instead of absent?
- Yes. Each mark is present, late, absent or excused. Late counts toward the attendance rate; excused doesn't count against it.
- Can I get attendance into Excel?
- Yes. Export any cohort's roster to CSV, which opens in Excel or Google Sheets, with each student's attendance counts.
- Is it free?
- Free for one instructor with one active class of up to 30 students, with no time limit.
